i see london, i see france

This is not so much of an outfit post as it is a garment post. My point is just to express to you my fervor and appreciation for my new found lover, this ultra-sheer gauze skirt I picked up for $6 at a fave vintage store a week or so ago.

It hangs so beautifully, I don't even mind the fact that I am utterly exposed from the waist down each time I wear it. 

I've worn it over gold tights for increased modesty, but this time I opted for a good pair of high-waisted black briefs. I was picking up on some awkward stares from fellow passersby as I'm sure they were thinking "Is that poor girl aware of the fact that her skirt is SEE THROUGH?!"

Stoked on these new shoes I scored at the Salvation Army. Ever since seeing Moll's little heeled booties I have been looking for a comparable pair and on my quest found these two. The top are LEI and the bottom are Rugged Outback (whose logo looks strikingly similar to the restaurant).

They are the ultimate fix to any craving I will ever have. Okay, perhaps that statement is mildly exaggerative. They do, however, give me quite the high.

I Dye

Loving this dye job that Garance calls the "fade-it like Daphne." I got a gnarly dye job last week that just makes me want to do somethin crazy. We'll see what happens.

let's talk chloe

My apologies for the awkwardly varying sizes of these photographs, but I am by far too too too lazy to resize them in order to appear somewhat homogeneous. 

I am so hopelessly in love with Chloé..oh lord I adore this label..and in doing a project on the brand for my Principles of Design Development class, I decided I needed to do a post on Chloé ads, because they have always been my favorite.

It's always the coloring of the Chloé ads, ya know? Somehow its always so perfect and airy.

I was tripping the whole time

So once I had a dream that I was Beck's girlfriend. We lived in a glass house and our children played with toys that came alive. We were so progressive and adorable and had a happy life together.

But obviously he's moved onto bigger and better things with musician, fashion icon, and my all time biggest girl crush, Charlotte Gainsbourg. And although they're not actually in a romantic relationship , I know that with him producing her sophomore album they're at least gonna make beautiful music together.
